Your organization shares one pool of runs. A run is the unit of work you pay for. Open Organization settings → Usage & billing for balance, plans, and top-ups. See Pricing for current plan details. Usage and billing page with plan, top-up, and history areas.

What a run is

One run is one agent attempt on a task under a treatment.
  • You spend one run every time an agent tries a task under a treatment
  • Errored or cancelled runs do not count against your organization’s pool
  • Failed rubric verdicts on a completed run still use a run. The run finished. The judge marked it fail.
Each combination is one billable run.

What a run covers

Runs cover Oqoqo platform fees for durable experiment workflows and cloud infrastructure. Large experiments run in the cloud on workflows Oqoqo manages. Model inference is separate. Use your own API keys or subscriptions. Oqoqo may limit use to keep capacity fair.

Free plan, subscriptions, and top-ups

Organizations start on the free plan, which resets runs each month. This is not a one-time trial. To get more runs:
  1. Open Organization settings → Usage & billing, or start from Pricing
  2. Subscribe for more runs each month at a lower price per run
  3. Or Top up anytime for runs that never expire
  4. Contact us for higher volume
Every plan includes the full product: web app, CLI, MCP, unlimited members, unlimited projects, and unlimited experiments. Checkout and receipts are handled by Stripe.

Where to look

Money actions stay in the web app. CLI and MCP return the authenticated billing URL when you need to buy more.
