# Troubleshooting

> Fix common setup, launch, Ask Oqo, and billing problems.

Use this page when something blocks setup or a launch. If you still need help, email [support@oqoqo.ai](mailto:support@oqoqo.ai).

## Ask Oqo says it needs a model

1. Connect a provider under **Organization settings → Model providers**.
2. Assign a model to **Ask Oqo** under **Organization settings → Oqoqo AI features**.
3. Refresh and open Ask Oqo again.

## An agent will not enable or run

1. Confirm the provider under **Model providers**, or the personal login under **Profile → Integrations**.
2. For Claude Code, connect either an organization Anthropic key or **Anthropic (Claude Subscription)**.
3. For Codex, connect either an organization OpenAI key or **OpenAI (ChatGPT Subscription)**.
4. For Cursor, connect a Cursor API key from a paid plan under **Model providers**.
5. For Grok Build, connect an xAI API key under **Model providers**. Other providers do not enable this agent.
6. For Antigravity, connect a Google Gemini API key under **Model providers**. Other providers do not enable this agent.
7. For Qwen Code, connect Alibaba Model Studio or another compatible organization provider under **Model providers**. Use a pay-as-you-go Alibaba Model Studio key. Cursor keys, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT Subscription, Claude Subscription, and Nous Portal do not enable this agent.
8. Enable the agent under **Manage → Agents**.
9. Check provider notices on the Agents page for missing models or broken connections.

## Evals or Insights did not run

1. Assign **Run evals**, **Run insights**, and **Experiment insights** under **Oqoqo AI features**.
2. Confirm the launch toggles were on, or trigger them from the experiment afterward.
3. See [Evals and Insights](/evaluation/evals-and-insights) for Re-trigger behavior.

## Rubric generation is unavailable

Assign **Rubric generation** under **Oqoqo AI features**. If the selected model uses a supported personal subscription, connect that account under **Profile → Integrations**. See [Oqoqo AI features](/setup/oqoqo-ai).

## A Claude Subscription model is missing from Ask Oqo

This is expected. Ask Oqo does not support models from **Anthropic (Claude Subscription)** yet. Rubric generation, Run evals, and Insights can use this Integration. See [Ask Oqo](/setup/ask-oqo).

## Launch is blocked by runs balance

Open **Organization settings → Usage & billing**. Subscribe or top up. See [Pricing](https://oqoqo.ai/pricing) and [Billing](/setup/billing).

## A run errored or was cancelled

Errored or cancelled runs do not count against your pool. Fix the cause (provider, the task's machine or files, or the treatment's assets), then launch again. Open the run for error detail when the product shows it.

## MCP or CLI cannot enter a secret

That is expected. OAuth grants, API keys, and secret headers stay in the dashboard. Use the exact Web setup link the tool or command returns. See [MCP](/operate/mcp) and [CLI](/operate/cli).

## Results look empty on Frictions

Insights produce frictions. If Insights were off at launch, trigger Insights on the experiment. See [Frictions](/evaluation/frictions).

## Max Concurrency feels too low

Effective concurrency can be lower than the value you set because of organization and global limits. Lower the limit when sessions share tools that must not race. See [Launch options](/experiments/launch-options).

## Models are missing after connecting a provider

Confirm the connection under **Model providers**, then open **Manage → Agents** and **Oqoqo AI features** again. Gateway providers such as OpenRouter and Vercel AI Gateway only show models they expose for your key.

## GitHub import fails

Use a public `github.com` URL. Private-repo import is not available. After a successful import, use **Check for updates** to refresh. See [Assets](/experiments/assets#import-from-github).

## I cannot delete a project

You cannot delete the organization's only project. Create another project first. See [Projects](/setup/projects).

## I cannot leave the organization

If you are the only member, invite someone else before you leave. See [Organization setup](/setup/organization#danger-zone).

## Notifications keep arriving in the app after I change email preferences

That is expected. Email preferences affect email only. In-app notifications stay on. See [Notifications](/setup/notifications).
